Join us at the Bintan Triathlon course familiarization for the ultimate race preparation. Attend both bike and run course familiarization to get a taste of the course. Trifactor coaches will be there to guide the way and answer any questions you may have.
Bike Course Familiarization

Venue: Plaza Lagoi
Check out the roads, the corners, (the hills) of the Bintan Triathlon, and get insider knowledge to be a step ahead of your competitors! This is your last opportunity to ride the full course before the craziness of the pre-race activities begins. Trifactor coaches will be on the road with you to answer any questions you may have. Meet at the Transition Area. (Free of Charge)
SWIM Course FAMILIARIZATION
Friday 13:00-14:00
Venue: Meet at Beach Start
Grab your Goggles and Swim caps and head down to the swim start area to get familiar with the swim course. Get a feel of the water and practice navigating to build up your confidence on race day. Our Trifactor Coaches will be onsite to answer any queries that you might have.
Grab your running shoes and take this opportunity for sneak peak at the run course. Test the terrain, check out the corners, marvel at the scenery! Trifactor coaches will be there to guide the way, suggest pacing strategies, and answering any questions you may have. Meet at the Transition Area. (Free of Charge)
